Halloween is my least favorite holiday of the year. Maybe it is because I have to worry about what my kids want to be and then I have to find it, buy it and then have them tell me that they have changed their mind and want to be something else! Oh well, we made it through another year :) These pictures were taken before the Ward Halloween Party. Kassadi is a Sassy Pirate, Halle is Hannah Montana, Gabe is Woody and Olivia is a Leopard Princess.

Steve took the kids out trick or treating while I stayed home to give out the candy. We actually had some kids come by this year! It was fun. Kyle went to a haunted house with Hayden. They said it was SOOOO SCARY! The boys then went and ran around. Probably terrorized some kids too!
Gabe couldn't believe all of the loot that he got. I let them pick about 20 pieces of candy and they rest they set out for the GREAT PUMPKIN to take and in its place was left a toy. So nice to not have to worry about lots of candy around the house. Olivia can smell candy from a mile a way!
HAPPY HALLOWEEN! ...until next year.

I loved your Great Pumpkin idea, the kids seemed to really love their presents they got too - great idea that I plan to steal!!! :)
Mmmm...candy! My kids eat a few pieces the first night and forget it about it the next day, makes it easy for me to just dump it. Cute costumes.
What cute trick-or-treaters! I don't care for Halloween either.
